1667 words per day.

I think this is a pretty safe estimate. We figured it out last year, but the last time we wrote it was March, which has an extra day. I'm not sure if we figured that day in.

Nonetheless, I am going for it. No more. No less.

I am going to write a scene per day, 1667 words per scene, 2 scenes per chapter. Give or take. I like the structure. I also like the idea of a beginning and an end each day. We'll see how it works.

Anybody else got a plan?

I have to do my writing before 5 am. I don't see anyone cute except one of my characters, and he's totally made up.

I know... I decided to give myself (uh hum, I mean Lili) a happy romantic ending... I wrote myslef into the last novel and I was single, which proved to be prophetic... let's see if it works in reverse...

I haven't decided if my characters get happy endings this time. I was kind of envisioning this as the anti-romance novel. I'm not sure how that would end. Tragedies end in funerals, but an anti-romance is not necessarily a tragedy. Romances end in weddings, but sometimes that can be tragic. It's hard to say. Maybe I'll surprise myself.
